This one of a kind experience incorporates today's hottest TWERK dance moves with combination of yoga. We start with a yoga session then twerk it out w/ some hot twerkography. Open to women 18+, of all levels all fitness levels welcome!

Detroit native, Sylvia Hubbard, a single mother of three, has worked tirelessly to promote and encourage emerging writers in Michigan. She independently published her first romance novel in 2000 and has continued to write in that genre, sometimes venturing into other subgenres. Always urban and contemporary styled, her writing is enjoyed all over the world. She has published 6 paperbacks and over 30 e-books.

Did you know that Michigan leads the country in the surgence of minority entrepreneurship by women? Years ago we started an initiative called "Plus Biz Connect" where businesses that were plus focused or created by a plus size entrepreneur had the opportunity to enter for a prize package of FREE services to help them grow their business. Companies from all over the world entered! What we found is there was a need to support our community and highlight those that are making a difference!
The workplace discrimination that is felt by people of size is real and prevalent and we are learning new and innovative ways to grow our own businesses. We want to help you make your own endeavors as successful as possible!

Monique Robinson, Project Runway Season 16
We are pleased to announce our newest spokes model for the network Monique Robinson!
We first met Monique in 2011 when she graced our runway at the Int'l Fuller Woman Expo in Detroit. She has reached heights that may dream of in her modeling career. In just a few years Monique's résumé includes work for Ashley Stewart, Macy's, Torrid, Target, Kohl's, Catherine's Plus and Monif C. just to name a few. She is currently signed with Wilhelmina Models.
Monique uses the hashtag #IamMyBeautyStandard on social media to speak candidly about who she is as a plus size woman of color in an industry with its own standards. She is a trailblazer and inspiration to so many.
She will be here to talk about her experiences on Project Runway as well as her meteoric rise to stardom!
